About Evercraft

Built by people who got tired of renovation without follow-through.

Nine Years In

Same crews, same process, every project.

How We Started

A repair crew that kept getting called back.

Evercraft began as a small repair and finish-carpentry crew fixing other contractors' punch lists around Albuquerque's North Valley. We kept seeing the same pattern: a renovation would finish, the crew would disappear, and the homeowner was on their own the first time the stucco cracked or the swamp cooler needed attention.

Design-build, not design-then-hope

We brought design, permitting, and construction under one roof so nothing gets lost translating a drawing into a builder's punch list.

One crew for renovation and the years after

We grew a dedicated home-care crew so the work we finish stays finished — seasonal check-ins, small repairs, no re-hiring a stranger for a dripping evaporative cooler.

Built around Albuquerque's housing stock

Adobe and territorial-style homes, stucco-clad ranches, and flat-roof mid-century builds — we scope every project against how this high-desert city actually builds, not a generic playbook.

What We Won't Compromise On

A short list of things we hold the line on.

Say the real timeline

If a project will take four months, we say four months — not a number designed to win the bid.

Put changes in writing

Every change order is documented with cost and schedule impact before work continues.

Use our own crews

Our carpenters and electricians work for us directly, so accountability doesn't stop at a subcontractor's door.

Stay after we finish

A final walkthrough isn't the end of the relationship — our home-care crew is a call away after that.
